Address in Excel Sheet

I have an excel sheet with addresses all in one column. I need to have these spread out into name, company, street address, city, state, zip, country, email and phone if available. I have the PDF file also and will provide to the winning bidder if needed. I need to have this done ASAP as it was due on Monday and the freelancer I hired did not come through for me. Please only bid if you can complete this within a couple of hours. Max budget is $30. Accuracy is VERY important so you must pay attention to the addresses. Some may be split by an empty row.
