I need someone to copy and paste contact data from 110 pages of teleaddress data to MS Outlook contact list (PST file). Contact data contain typically name, suffix, address, firm, phone, fax, and email. Each page is OCR scanned from paper publications to a difital text format that can be open in Internet browser. You don't need to concern yourself with accuracy of OCR. I need you to copy and paste these contacts into the MS Outlook contacts. Number of contacts per page varies. I will pay 10 cents per each transferred contact. Assuming hypothetically that there is 1500 contacts to be transferred, I am willing to pay $150. If there is more contacts, all contacts in excess of 1500 will be paid extra 10 cents/contact. If there is less than 1500 contacts, you would still be paid $150 (or whatever the best bid ends up to be, whichever is less). You need to have reasonably good command of English. You need to have MS Outlook installed and be able to open/create new/save a PST data file, native for this software. I will only consider bids with a sample PST file attached to them, so i know that you understood this description. I will provide you with a sample PST file generated with names starting from A to B. and the corresponding HTML file where I transferred it from. I need someone willing and able to communicate the progress of work daily. This is essentially a repost of the previous project, on which the awarded provider failed to communicate daily progress and produce a sample of work for verification after being asked so. I expect the work would take approximately fifteen working days at a normal pace, so I will pick several providers this time and distribute the work among them, to get the work done earlier. I will require that you provide me with a fractional PST file at the end of each day, and I will pay you a fractional milestone amount, based on the number of contacts you transferred multiplied by 10 cents.
