Data Entry - Creating a list of apartments

I am starting a new business in Michigan, US. There are a couple groups of persons or businesses that I want to identify because they are typically good partners with my business. One of the groups is that of apartment complexes. There are about 8 cities that will make up the area in which I do business. I don't really care how you obtain the data as long as you do it legally and you fill in as much information as possible, but my assumption is that you would google and find entries. Some fields on my spreadsheet may not be available, but do your best to make the spreadsheet as complete as possible. Finally there may be follow on administrative work as I have three businesses that I am currently running and there are always administrative tasks that I could use help with. I have attached a spreadsheet with headers that show the kinds of information I am looking to collect. I will also reveal the cities that we need data from once the winner is chosen. Good luck!
