We are looking for a technical writer (or a team) to write a technical book about our web service - Big Contacts. Big Contacts is a web-based contact manager designed for small sales teams. It is similar to ACT or Goldmine, except that it is web based. We would like to have you write a how-to book to describe our features and talk about how to use the product. You will need to be proficient at the English language and have used ACT, or Goldmine or [login to view URL] or a similar contact manager before. We expect the book to be 50-60 pages and have real-world examples of how to use the features. If you are selected we will collaborate with you and give you ideas of examples of how the product is used. Go to our website and sign up for a demo. Also read our existing support wiki - look for the 'support' tab. [login to view URL] You must give us examples of other technical documentation you have done to be considered. This is a serious project and we are looking for a serious team who can work with us to create a great book. We are also open to suggestions of the best way to do this project. Be specific. Thank you for your consideration. Paul Freet Big Contacts [contact details prohibited]
