DEVELOPMENT OF Q&A ANSWERS FOR WEBSITE

This project involves the development of a series of Q& A answers to questions. These will be posted within our website as a drop down tab so answers need to be succinct and probably no more than 100 words each (some may be shorter and others slightly longer if need be but the idea is to provide succinct answers to commonly asked questions about our products and business). The answers need to provide customers with accurate information. I have 15 questions and will provide dot point information that I ask you to turn to interesting, entertaining, accurate responses to these questions. In some cases the answers will be very simple and require a little creativity on your behalf to enhance the answer and make it interesting. Answers should be written within our brand style which is friendly, passionate and service oriented. Examples of questions: 1. How long do these last? 2. How do you store these for best results? 3.
