There's a sense of comfort I get when thinking back to Grandpa's old leather reclining chair. I sat there as a girl smelling the sweet swirling intoxication of cherry cigar smoke and broken-in brown leather watching episodes of Hee Haw and The Lawrence Welk show. There was comfort there-- the same comfort I find in Chai tea. The earthy spice concoction and smooth warm milk take me back mentally to a place where a girl was forming, to a place where possibility was endless.

I run the place so I must have a pretty exotic drink as my favourite, right? Well, no. I'm a Crown Royal and Coke (Pepsi) drinker. Pretty plain, but I am an old guy. I love the smooth taste of Crown and although I can drink it over ice, the Cola just adds the sweetness I crave. Kinda like adding sugar to your coffee I guess.
