Copywriter needed

We are a UK based IT consultancy with medium to large sized international clients. We are looking for someone to write a framework agreement for the supply of services for us. This document is not required to be legally binding, merely an expression of intent between ourselves and our client. It must be worded in such a way that C level execs or VP officers will not feel the need to refer it to their company lawyer, but will be prepared to sign themselves. The document will set out clearly what the customer can expect from us and our consultants and what we, in return, can expect from the customer. It should be no more than a page and a half A4 in length, and will fix a term of 12 months, it will not include rates or prices (these to be set using a separate agreement, also needed). We will require two versions of the agreement, one for our freelance/contract consultants and one for our clients.
