Adsense website or blog - $30 to $60 per day

I am looking for an Adsense ready profitable website to be developed that makes at the begining $30 to $60 per day. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website can be developed using Wordpress or my own proven SEO friendly CMS system. I'm in the Adsense business since 2006 So I know what can be done. I want a site which can produce income for years as I did in the past. I have sites from 2007 still working and making money for me. I'll provide the domain and hosting. Site MUST adhere to the following : - Contain unique content with at least 50 unique posts/articles. - Suggestion for domain name. - Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently - SEO Marketing as required - Must earn $30 to $60 per day - WordPress based ideally or my CMS (the admin is not English, but easy to use as WP) - Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling & not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Must Be Adsense optimized I can pay 50% of the amount of bid initially. Remaining 50% AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account. The bidder should consider the following points: • Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. • Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created. Have to stress again website, traffic and ad clicks must be 100% within Adsense TOS. I cannot risk my Adsense account. Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered. If this project generates sufficient income, I intend to make more sites each month. Thank you.
