Content writer for website.

Hi, I would like a content writer to take an existing 1000 + word article and make a **new unique 500-700** word article based on the original article's premise. Writer must be fluent in English and have English writing skills. This new article will be used as website content. The article should be written in a conversational tone leading the reader toward a call to action at the end. Please answer this questions with your proposal: How long will the project take?
