Convert Excel Product spreedsheet to .csv for VirtueMart

I have an Excel spreadsheet with 260 products in it. I need you to format it so that I can upload it to my virtuemart website. There are also photos embedded into the spreadsheet. You will need to save these images as seperate files. (Export to HTML command) You will then have to record the name of the image files into the spreadsheet in the appropriate image and thumbnail fields. You must have experience working with virtuemart. I imagine this project will take about 15-18 hours. I would like the project completed by this Friday at the latest. My budget is $165. Must be able to show me virtuemart projects that you've worked on before.
