We produced training manual to on using participatory video with rural communities (see attached). We would like the help of an Instructional Design / Blended Learning / E-learning Expert to help us refine some of these tools and construct an e-learning training process to complement the classroom curriculum in a blended learning approach. 1. Review existing materials (mostly the PDF attached) and provide suggestions for a final refined version based on sound instructional design principles and adult learning theory and practice. 2. Convert the PDF into a modular e-learning course (to be hosted on our LMS – will provide specs to shortlisted candidates). Please share your profile, link to similar work, and an estimation of your fees. Since it is likely that you will need more information about the project scope to give a precise 'lump sum' quote, please also provide your daily rate for such work, with an estimation of the number of days.
