Copy hard drive and install on other server

Our server is hosted at a data centre. We require to clone the entire server as we have a software installed on the hardrive. We need that software installed on one of our new servers and pc's. The server is not physically with us. It is in another country. We require someone to copy the hard drive using a software, uploading it somewhere on a server then downloading it to us. Please let us know if this could be done. NOTE: We do not have the software installation files, so basically the entire software needs to be copied (windows, system files etc) as we do not know where the installation files were installed to. SO basically C drive needs to be copied exactly and moved to another hardrive. Thanks
