Change to Website

Website: [login to view URL] Problem: I am having a problem changing my website to look a certain way. Would like something similar to [login to view URL] Where they have a fish shaped image with their .swf file in the middle with a different background color. I have my own [login to view URL] file which you can view on higherdonline.com. I do not want the actual fish image at the top since it would not fit the look of my site. however I would like something like the curve image at the bottom to separate from data I plan to enter later. Background color can be the off yellow, purple or black for the time being. I can modify that at later. However, I need to ensure the does not change the white color of the rest of the open entry. Will provide files upon acceptance of the project.
