Custom Christmas Card Drawing

I am a Fire Chief and would like to have a custom Christmas Card drawn of my fire house. The card will feature, Santa Clause, Three Firefighters, two children and a dog. Landscape format I think would be best. I have provided pictures of the Fire House and people to be included, I will provide a picture of the dog. The children and dog are mine. I also want to change the fire truck that features in the photos with another type which I have included. I also want the flag to fly. The drawing does not need to include all the signs on the wall etc....I live in Australia...so there will be no need for snow..
