Custom wordpress theme (cowboy / western)

I require a wordpress theme to be created. we are updating the following site <[login to view URL]> which as you can tell is not very user friendly. I require? a cowboy or western type theme as this is the theme of the bar. The theme should have. * A top bar menu of pages and a left hand menu which is widget ready. * A left sidebar menu which is widget ready * A search box top right * A footer that can be edited (i can write html and edit basic php) Please provide a link to any previous template you have designed and if possible a screen shot of any designs for this one or a link to a working version online
