Data cleansing and restructuring on Salesforce

Hi, We are looking for someone with prior experience in Salesforce development to clean up and restructure our Salesforce account so that we can have a more consistent ROI follow-up. More concretely, this one-time project includes 3 main tasks to achieve: 1. Deletion and Consolidation of Records: - Consolidate duplicate records - Delete all test records - Delete all odd / spam records 2. Re-assignment of all the leads, contacts, opportunities & accounts with invalid Account Managers Information: - Create and export reports of those records - Send us the reports so we can define the new assignment rules - Apply the new assignment rules overwriting the old rules - Create and share the assignment rules document for our Knowledge Base 3. Restructuring of the fields and values in leads, contacts, opportunities & accounts so as to get a coherent data mapping: - Make an audit of the existing fields and values showing the discrepancies between activities (fields name, values and condition) - Send us the audit conclusions & recommendations so we can define the new data mapping to go ahead with - Implement the changes accordingly - Create and share a Salesforce data mapping document for our Knowledge Base Please elaborate on your past successful experiences related to Salesforce.
