Our company has decided to use VTiger as its CRM DB, support centre, client contact records, and internal phone contact to client for recording conversation notes, times, and next steps with automatic work flows for each step. We will need ongoing help with workflow processes and report configuration over the next year and beyond. The projects ultimate aim is to be able to report on Sales leads that are converted to a sale, & to identify those that are not and the reason why they were not, to help the management team better support the sales and marketing solutions & decisions being made to improve their output. I’m looking for a VTiger / CRM expert/s that do clean, fast, no fuss work. My regards Aim2xl
