C++ fix country

On the line 34 the string pointer country is moving up so if you have Canada (pointer on C) with country++ now you have anada(with pointer on a). Just delete that line.

Get rid of lines: 34 and 37 (these lines are completly wrong). Line 34 is causing your problem, because you move pointer to second letter of a name of the country. If you don't delete line 37, you will lose last letter of the name of the country (it's already a valid c-string with '\0' at the end). Also you need to check for error when creating socket (line 7). I don't care about money but it would be nice if you'd rate my profile.

I already have a solution. The bug is fairly simple, easily identifiable and something that was drilled into my head when began to code seriously.
