Decode barcode PDF 417

We want a class (Customer) that will parse the data from PDF 417 barcode from an image of the back drivers license and put into an object.. Must be all in c#. PDF 417 control must be royalty free if you use one. Each States format is a little different but each state tag is the same. Must provide example project for class we will need to be able to load an image and look at data. Data we need to know First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State Zip, County, County, Date of Birth, Hair Color, Eye Color, Weight, Height, Expiration Date of License. As stated before not all state return all this information. We will provide you with some examples of formats,and several images to read barcode.
