Hello Can you please explain what do you mean by Authenticated Storage Mechanism ? are you referring to SSL/TLS Connection ? or User/Pass combination or OAuth 2.0 ? A client Side application can be developed fairly quickly , but Details of the project must be described in detail before giving you a practical Time . also the way you describe the project may indicate you want the Client and the server/s to be coded.
