We have a project we need completed within 10-12 weeks (prefer 10), it is for a Building Management Web Application and detailed can be shared. Public Area • Icons to show facilities (i.e BBQ, swimming pool, tennis courts etc) o Hover over to show opening times • Building Images and Media (tour, useful forms, slideshow) o Jenny and Gregor to discuss mock-ups of design • Public documents o RSS news feed – Industry News o RSS news feed – Building Notices • Forum o Residents, Members and Committee o Default categories (General, Advertisements) • Order and pay for OC Certificates o Stage 2 • Residents / Owners Profile o Residents / Owners will have a profile  Photo  Generic social media profile o BM to manage users (disable if they leave) • Current Notices / Events o Each notice will have an expiry date o Members Area • Edit Details o (Edit owner details) • Documents (inc. COM ONLY) o Documents; SharePoint linked o Categorized; listing of categories (show 5 and then show more/next) o ACL for Members/Owners/COM etc o 5 groups for Strata  Tenant, Owner, Committee, Building Manager, OC Manager o Access matrix new tables (as to what they access on their properties) • Change Password o Stratasphere change of password • Book Move In (pay and refund bond) o (last in this stage – priority wise) o Melissa / Jenny / Gregor (ask and advise who to discuss to) • Book Common Area (pay and refund bond) o Gregor / Jenny / Melissa (last in this stage – priority wise) • Financial Reports (inc. COM ONLY) o 7 different reports (tables, charts, pie charts etc) o In browser only o Option to export/save as PDF and print o Level 1,2,3 (456, 456.1, 456.1.2) • Forum (inc.
