Boostrap typeahead webforms c#

I need a sample of how to use bootstraps typeahead with asp.net webforms c#. Needed: 1 webservice page with a sample db query with label and value formated for the json requested needed by the typeahead 1 asp.net webform c# page that uses the bootstrap typeahead that calls the webservice and pulls in the label and value using the json. label and value must be different, ex. id 1 label "some text", id 2 label "more text" 1 asp.net c# codebehind that allows on submit to pull the value and/or label(text) of the typeahead textbox
