Custom Altcoin/Cryptocurrency Development - Previous Experience Required

Project Utopia is looking for an experience developer or development team to develop a cryptocurrency to our unique, challenging specifications. Unlike a traditional startup, we have raised some independent funding in order to fund phase one of our endeavors which is a custom cryptocurrency of our own. These days you can have an altcoin copy and paste clone developed for about a hundred bucks or so. However, we are searching for some special, challenging customizations not yet seen in other altcoins to date, hence the need for a talented developer. That’s where you come in! If needed, we are okay with the common practice of forking the git of a similar cryptocurrency and altering the code to program in our custom additions. That being said, it will be important to choose the forked coin wisely as some of our alterations are completely custom and you will be asked to problem solve as we break new ground with some additions that have not yet be seen in cryptocurrency The fundamentals of the coin are: An initially proof of work/proof of stake hybrid coin that once proof of work reaches our desired amount of coins outstanding, switches to purely proof of stake. Our proof of stake protocol will have two unique alterations that will need to be coded from scratch. The meat and potatoes of the customization with involve altering where the stake generated coins (inflation) are sent, as well as a custom form of “dice roll distribution” that takes place roughly every 24 hours (based on average blocks in a 24 hour period). Instead of the typical, “stake reward goes only to the staking wallet who solves to block”; the coins generated from participating “stakers” will be sent to three different locations (the stakers wallet [like normal] and two other custom locations) – one of those two custom locations will be a fixed wallet address and the other will be to funding our “dice roll distribution” mentioned above. The participating coins generate a stake reward and then: A. A portion is returned to the users (like normally seen in POS coins) B. A portion is sent to a fixed wallet address (few other coins already implement this) C. A final portion is gathered to location X over a 24 hour period and then redistributed to a final location Y after 24 hours of “gathering” where Y is a random participant. (coinbase genesis ->X->duration of time->Random Y) In addition, we of course have specified the values of the following fundamentals that must be met: How long POW Distribution should last in months (and block equivalent) How many coins in a POW block How many coins outstanding once POW phase ends Pre-mine amount How long should it take to mine a block How often should the system retarget the difficulty Block size (in megabytes) Overall proof of stake annual stake % Proof of stake block time Proof of stake coin age (min/max age) Transaction fee amount Where transaction fees go First letter of addresses The complex details regarding the staking, the dice-roll distribution etc., but those details will be revealed to you in private if you feel you this project is within your skill set and are interested in learning specifics that could lead to you ultimately taking this project. Frequent updates (typed out or via voice chat) will be required. In addition, Skype and the ability to have a minimum of one VOICE call update PER WEEK will be required. Beta testing via alternate chain testing that includes members of our team will be required Before taking receipt of final product and releasing funds to you; we will be utilizing a third party code-review service (Earlz or similar) to ensure validity and security of the code to our specs as well as a final sanity check We will require you to stay on for a minimum of one month past the date we launch our coin (in a part time basis) to monitor and fix any code related issues that may reveal themselves once the masses begin to adapt the coin and stress it
