We have a project at work that is 26 weeks long and needs a programme created on MS project. The programme is for a two storey building and needs to be created with a histogram that reflects the labour requirements peaking in the middle of the project with a gradual increase to and from. \r\n\r\n The team in the office are new to Microsoft office \'MS project\' which the client wants it on. We are struggling with the arrangement of the predecessors. The activities are all known along with their durations however we are struggling to work out a suitable programme for the activities which fits within the 26 week time period. \r\n\r\n Anyone with a reasonable knowledge of MS project and construction programming for a two storey building please get in contact. \r\n\r\n I can inform you further of the activities and their durations that need to be included. You are needed to work out a suitable predecessor for each activity, which fits in the 26 week time period and is in a programme that is suitable to start building when the works start on site.
