Code a C graphics program

I have done a simulator for a robotic arm with opengl and a AI software to solve a autonomous soccer game for robocup.

Please, give me more details... I love c/c++ since more than 20 years ago!. now, graphics in directx? opengl? windows API? 2D or 3D?... I am expert in any of these... just give me more details before award me the project !. Best regards!
