Automated accountt creator

I need a program that is able to create accounts on a particular site. The user will first need to import a list of emails and passwords as well as proxies if chosen. There should be an option to select the amount of threads. Once the accounts are created, the software will verify the confirmation email. the user will upload a list of links that the software must rate and leave feed back. The user should have the option to exports a results files, usernames passwords and proxies should also be there.
