Develope a simple web page where retailers can login and post cell phone recharge amount of \\, \\, \\, \\ to a 10 digit phone accounts. The system sends phone number and amount to the network. The system will send this transaction to ACH Bank to move funds from retailers account to ours and the data for reporting. There will be an admin page where i can add and manage retailer accounts and print reports.
