awk scripting

[login to view URL] This is the link to download trace files. there are 3 to 4 trace files which has the nodes information carried from wired to wireless. There are 4 wired and 4 wireless nodes where the wired nodes is connected to the router which is inturn connected the base station which transmits the data to the wireless nodes. The requirement is that I need to write a awk script which does the following task 1. I want to get each node information to each file. That is the information abt the data trasnferred from wired node1 to wireless node 1 should be in one file. 2. As there are 4 nodes on Wired and wireless domains. I need to get 4 files for 4 of the wired cum wirelessnodes. 3. Though I know most of the awk scripting language, I want the script to be commented because it would be easier to understand. 4.
