CCtalk app

Hello I need app that will work with NRI-G13 coin acceptor that uses cctalk, it will need to 1) log all accepted coins by date/time/value 2) have a counter 3) run a cmd command every time coin is accepted 4) when amount of coins reaches certain value(defined by user) run cmd command. Until it reaches defined value write current value in the text file. Bonus but not a requirement will be to sync received logs to remote servers mysql database If needed I am going to provide online connection to Windows XP box connected to G13 coin acceptor Feel free to ask if you have any questions
