Arduino Speaker & Microphone over Bluetooth connecting to a Java App

This project consists of some chat/email assistance with my hardware schematic, an Arduino sketch and a Java application. The Arduino sketch will be able to stream microphone input over bluetooth to a nearby Java application running on a laptop. The sketch will also be able to receive audio over bluetooth and play it on a speaker. Additionally the sketch will send accelerometer data to the java application. The circuit will consist of all arduino parts such as a lilypad, a bluetooth module, a lipo batter, a charging module, and an accelerometer. I am open to reccomendations for the speaker and microphone. The microphone should be able to pick up speech from across a room and have high sensitivity and the speaker should be about as loud as a laptop speaker. The java application needs to have a windowed interface and be able to connect to the arduino device, stream wav files at random from a folder to it's remote speaker, and receive audio input and then translate the input into text using a java speech to text library. The java application also must be able to display 3 axis accelerometer data on the screen as it is received.
