Convert simple chip library to Arduino - MAX14921 chip - Full source available

We are looking for someone to make an Arduino Library for the Maxim Integrated - MAX14920/ MAX14921 chip. We have the source code in .c/.h for the chip on another system so it just have to be converted to Arduino. We need to have the ability to report individual cell voltage as well as percentage left in the battery pack and ability to configure the amount of cells used (3-16 cells) as well as battery chemistry used and balancing the cells. Also the ability to detect shorts between wires, as well as open-wire conditions. The information should be supplied to [login to view URL] and Serial.print. We will supply a full data sheet of how the device connects to the Arduino and data sheets for the SPI interface on the MAX14921 chip is included below as well as full scource code.
