browser plugin

I would like a simple browser plugin to be developed for IE, Firefox and Safari. This browser plugin should provide a framework which would invoke a specified class and provide access to the page content. This class should be invoked on page load and when a user presses associated button on the browser tool bar. All the plugins should implement the same interface for invoking a custom class written in C++. The project requires delivery of (i) plugins and their installers for all the platforms (ii) A dummy class that is invoked on every page and that class should simply log the URL of the page being viewed and the page content.
