C++ Data Manipulation Project

I need someone to create a C++ project in Visual Studio that will 1. Create a datatable in C++ with 7 columns 2. Import a number of CSV data files into the datatable in C++ from windows explorer 3. Be able to sort by a field in the data table and assign values to a column in the datatable 4. Be able to display the data based on the assigned valueas of in the datatable **** There is an example CSV file attached. This will need to be imported ferom somewwhere on the local drive into the table which will have 7 columns. **** Any questions, please ask. This is a large projexct with ongoing work for someone who is very comfortable working with C++
