I need someone who could compile a VLC VideoLan that support the AMR 3gpp codec. This new build will also allow me to not just the dst port, but also specify the source port as well when When streaming videto a remote server(need to Replace net_ConnectDgram with net_OpenDgram in modules/stream_out/rtp.c)
