A small Directory encriptor

Hello I'm looking for a small basic application (preffered in vb.NET) Please Bid only if u have expirience in .net and can do this in a couple of hours. The directory holds a set of xml files. the application gets the wanted action (encript/decript) a path to a directory, a password and a destenation file. when encripting: the applications tar/zips all the directory into one file, encript it using PGP, GPG or any other similar encription and saves the file in the desatination path. when decripting: the applications reads the file from the destination path using the given password it decripts and unzips all the files to the directory. The application should be combined in a vb.net application, but it can also be an outer application wraped with vb.net API. Thanx.
