Business Strategy Game (BSG)

I 'm taking part in a business game, called Business Strategy Game (BSG) by McGraw Hill. It is a simulation of a shoe company which already exists for 10 years. This game consists of 7 years(year 11 to 17) where you have to take decisions for every aspect of the company, e.g. Production decisions, plants decisions, shipping decisions etc. For more details about the game itself, this is the manual: [login to view URL] Together with my team we have already taken decisions for the 1st year (year 11). However, the results are disappointing. We need an experienced person in this BSG game to guide as for the 6 next decisions, taking into account the competition each time.
