I just have a few questions to get a better sense of the project. 1. how big is the image? what do you mean by "crop"? 2. the 1800 images are from the same image sequence? or they are from multiple sequences 3. how many particles are there in one image? 4. can you send me an example of the color image? 5. what kind of output do you want?
