CLEAN 100K Email List

I am looking for a bulk email professional that would be able to CLEAN A 100K EMAIL LIST. I need this done asap. I would like to start with a smaller test list to check the accuracy of your work. ALL bounces and spam traps must be removed. There are going to be quite a few bounces. Please outline the following: - what is your procedure for removing spam traps - how quickly can you get the job done - Provide proof/backup for the fact that the list is clean (list of bounces and traps and how you derived it). I have many of my own valid and non-valid email addresses that I have embedded in the list and I will be using these to monitor the accuracy of your work. I want to work with someone professional, that will answer all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I also have many other related jobs, but I need this done asap.
