We need a skilled CAD expert, to do some changes and additions to an existing private house plan (.dwg format). More details will be provided upon your request. Only applicants who send their CV with their reply will be considered. You are expected to complete the design within 5 days after reception of the original drawings. Terms and Conditions 1. We own all copyrights to all work upon payment. 2. All drawings to be supplied in PDF and DWG format. Payment will be delivered via Freelancer after the work is completed satisfactory. 3. My 10 years of work experience comprises mostly of 3 companies in their distinct areas of expertise namely: 'IDC' - doing mostly paraplegic outlays & converting & upgrading of new & existing government building to paraplegic statuses; 'DHK' - new luxury apartment blocks & retails spaces; 'Arthur Quinton Darryl Croome Architecs' - luxury homes & mid to low cost multi story developments. In each of these companies I was involved in their respective projects from sourcing GIS information from the local municipalities & surveyor general offices of proposed sites to Sketch Design Stages to Setting up Plans for and Submitting Plans to the respective local municipalities & then Working Drawings Stages & Detailing up to & including attending site meetings & dealing directly with developers, contractors, & engineers on site. To a great extent my passion for researching & drawing up of details at the above mentioned firms has shaped my career as an Architectural Technologist.
