Blog Commenting -SEO

I have 8 pages within my website (with their respective keyword phrases) that need some promotion. I'm looking for better search engine placement results for each. I'd like this done exclusively with hand written blog commenting, staggered over three weeks. I need at least 50% of these blog comments to be placed on real estate or closely related, relevant blog article topics. High PR would be nice as well, but relevancy is most important. My budget for this is $150. Please include in your bid how many blog comments you will do for this price and what you suggest for a minimum word count for best SEO results. Thanks, Michael P.S.
