I need a freelancer to complete concept drawings for various property developments. This includes draft site plans, overlays of aerial photos (google earth, and orthophotos) of roadway and building footprints, concept layouts of internal structures / plans (office, washroom, boardroom, storefront, refrigeration, storage etc) and artistic renderings of concept design (mainly exterior and plan view). Designs need to be to scale (metric) but do not require engineering (civil structural electrical, or mechanical)
Concept plans possibly required:
Gas station convenience store (~420 m^2) single story
Professional offices (1,850 m^2) two story
Apartment building (~3,000 m^2) three story
medical building (1,000 m^2) single story
miscellaneous residential (single detached, row housing, multi unit housing)
miscellaneous agricultural (livestock pens, green house, active planting, water management)
