Have to design complete product, involves electronic circuit, pcb, and mechanical design. Both electronics and mechanical developer have to work in co-ordination. 1. Electronic design have to be manufactured as well with complete prototype, where as mechanical design has to be given in right file format to get sample. If you can do both undr one roof then that's better. 2. This is complete design cycle which will also involve fixing bugs if any. As, if it stuck at any point its as good as not done any thing as outcome from you will be of no use for me. 3. "Its not only for design but making physical product and it should be tested and working". Bid only if you can do it complete "make a product and test" and not only one part of it. Product is not of any high profile, but will have some low profile controller, WiFi, temp sensor, light sensor, and couple of more. Any one knowing basics can do it but right fit of electronics and mechanical is the focus. Price quoted is combined for both electronics and mechanical.
