Architectural commercial restaurant / bar / sushi bar interior elevations

I am working on a restaurant with a bar and sushi bar, I need interior elevations of the bar and kitchen showing heights, fixtures and equipment, the equipment is listed but will have to be researched on the internet to determine size and configuration - accurate block outs of fixtures and equipment necessary. The restaurant is approximately 2790 square feet with a total of 326 linear feet of interior elevations - I assumed 8.0 hours of work by my draftsman but would be less if the equipment / fixture blocks already exist. Needs to be delivered in the Autocad format. Some element of kitchen design should be involved to avoid unnecessary questions.
