AAC+ / HE-AAC decoder

I need a AAC+ decoding 'plugin' for my VB.Net audio class library. You can utilize any open-source library (like FAAD2) desired for the actual AAC+ decoding, but the integration to my library must be written in VB.Net. The application will then need to demonstrate ability to decode a certain streaming internet radio station that transmits in the AAC+ format. The app will need to be natively 32-bit and 64-bit compatible, and be able to handle seekable and non-seekable streams. The decoding library itself must be contained within a single external DLL file, and must be able to handle decoding multiple AAC+ streams simultaneously. I have a sample program, attached, that reads and decodes MP3 files. It has the AAC reading and decoding classes laid out ready for completion. The underlying core audio library will be sent upon approval of the bid. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Class MyAACReader finished -- see code file for implementation details 3) Class MyAACDecoder finished -- see code file for implementation details 4) Successful test of buttons on Form1 -- "Open AAC+ File" and "Open AAC+ Stream" should both play audio when pressed, and under both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. ## Platform Project files must be saved in Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 format Code and AAC+ decoding library must be: - Compatible with Windows 2000 and newer operating systems - Run natively on 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems - Compatible with all x86-based processors (Celeron, Pentium, Athalon, Atom, Zeon, Core 2 Duo, etc)
