I am currently the content marketing specialist within a small but fast growing job search company and I generate engaging content right along the lines of what you are looking for. I have experience writing articles and blogs around office culture, how to secure a job as a graduate, issues currently facing the workforce, salaries etc. I am also currently undertaking research to determine which perks and benefits are most important to employees and which would motivate people to find a new job.
While some topics may be new to me - such as compensation - I am a great researcher, having completed a number of research projects and published reports based on our data in conjunction with the Bureau of Statistics.
