A basic 2D animation

I want a basic 2D animation video describing the concept of my project. I deal in real estate & want to get a, 2 min or as appropriate video done to explain my concept based on a story. I have the script of the story ready just want the animation with characters narrating the story. Animation video should have voice narration.
