Create an Animation of an existing logo

Hello, Our company is looking for an animator to create a short introduction animation of the logo attached. It has to be very basic. - it should last about 5 seconds. - The animation needs to be done on Adobe After Effects (CC or CS6). - The background of the animation should be white, but we also need a version with alpha background. - delivery of the files: After Effects project, animation on white background, animation with alpha background (mov).
