Create GIF images from video clips

WARNING: This job is adult and the images contain nudity! Looking for someone to make GIF animations from video clips that range from 5-10 minutes. There are 65 video clips in total, so 65 GIFs need to be made. Each GIF must contain 70 images. This basically involves taking 70 screen grabs from each clip. It is important to quickly look over each clip first to determine the best parts of the clip to make screen grabs from. I want that the screen grabs are from various parts of the clip to make the GIF more interesting. I have uploaded an example of an already completed GIF, And a video clip example. I will only award this project to the freelancer who can prove themselves first by making a GIF (containing 70 images) from the video clip example. The example files can be downloaded from here: [login to view URL] The GIF must play smooth, just like in the GIF example. When i do this myself, it takes between 5-10 minutes to make each GIF. My maximum budget for this is $70. Thanks
