Animated Kids e-book for ipad and andriod tablets

I am writing a 12 page childrens book with animated characters. There is a main character with supporting characters required from time to time. The book will include some interactive functions such as buttons the reader can touch to activate sounds or zoom into pictures. The ebook will read the story to the reader with the writing appearing as the reader reads.
