Book Cover and animation

Looking for someone to create a book cover and create a 2-4 minute animation. 2 seperate projects. Need to be able to draw faces well, ghostly movements, with music, and sound effects. Book cover: a ghostly human face that resembles I picture I have, but must be a young woman instead of child. Her head is pressed into a book, as a ghost would do, reading the words in reverse to the viewer. The face must be striking and ghostly but friendly. See attched pictures. May want to use Hazel colored eyes instead of blue; decision hasn't been made yet. Concept for animation (had not been confirmed): Scene 1: Woman's index finger is seen punching (sound effect) the keyless entry and checking a door knob (sound effect), she punches it again and the door remains locked. Scene 2: Fog lifts and a man appears in the distance. Show his hand touching a young tree. The tree changes to dark colors and leaves start to fall. (wind howling, thunder and lightening sound affects) Scene 3: Woman lying in bed next to her dog. Her soul floats out of her body and dog jumps to his feet and starts barking. She floats up fast to the corner of the ceiling. Scene 4: Woman's soul floats upstairs, goes through a study door. She presses her head into a book and starts reading. Scence 5: You see two large young-male hands coming toward you and makes everything go black. Then they open like window shutters and piercing green eyes are staring back at the viewer. Scene 6: a woman is staring into a mirror at a book sitting on her dresser.
